as many of you knew, a while back i hurt my leg badly and for the time it was hurt i couldnt sit up without considerable pain
thus i could not brush my hair
and as many of you know my hair has gotten considerably worse, due to procrastination and only working on tiny amounts at a time - hell i was given the opportunity to get an iphone (my dream phone) if i just simply brushed my hair by a certain date (long since past)
id assume by now anyone can tell i dont have the best of relationships with my parents, especially my dad, and hes been for a while trying to get me to lose computer privileges until my hair was done - due to me throwing tantrums/ going into severe depression more or less my mom has ended up overriding his decision every time
but my dad went away, for about three days - to a chess tournament i think - and with about two days left my mom told me 'you know your dad said when he gets back youll lose the computer unless your hair is done' blehk, he was scheduled to come home at 10am today and id planned on writing this blog sometime today, when he came home, unfortunately i slept until 3pm and he was already home by than
at this point my mom cant override him anymore, but my dad goes to a chess club and is currently there, thus my moms opted to go behind his back and give my computer privileges while hes not here provided i brush my hair (obviously not in one sitting, but you get the point)
i wont be on nearly as much as before, but i will try to be on as often as possible and try to get my hair done fairly quickly

age of consent - while i believe ideally it should be eliminated its unrealistic, just like if our society today were ideal we could live in anarchy, but in all honesty society becoming ideal is never going to happen, so we must make the best of what we have; people become ready for sex at different points in their life, it isnt the laws choice to say what age we are mature enough to make the decision to be sexually active at, however a law should be drafted that informed consent be required otherwise it would still be rape; since that would be a much more confusing law than the present the best we can do is maintain an age of consent that is reasonable; blog coming eventually, most likely in combination with the pedophilia one so i wont expand

incest - there is nothing wrong with incest, no risks from extremely close genes because in that case its impossible to get pregnant (there was a case in which a couple were trying for pregnancy but it turned out their genes were closer than that of twins; the bodies didnt recognize their cells as different and therefore no baby could be conceived from a combination of them) also, incest is only detrimental and dangerous if practiced IN IMMEDIATE FAMILY FOR GENERATION AFTER GENERATION, i believe it should be legal; ask and im willing to expand on it - i was asked to expand, so: incest is not harmful. genetically speaking it merely makes your chances of getting something that runs in the family greater, and that something could be very beneficial or harmful, however, we allow people with genetic problems to have children - when the effects for them would be immeditate and CERTAINTLY harmful, so why not allow incestual relationships? even if it could cause harm genetically to the offspring of the parents - assuming they were even trying for children - than the incest would have to be practiced in immediate family for several generations to have any noticeable effects whatsoever, never mind that they wouldnt neccesarily be harmful, incest is not bad, nor is it immoral. if someone wants to fuck their mom/ dad/ son/ daughter/ sister/ brother/ cousin/ aunt/ second cousin three times removed/ great aunt/ some other obscure relative than it should be allowed, and not looked down upon. no questions asked

bestiality - we believe it is immoral for members of different species to have inter-specie sex, couldnt the same have been said for interracial sex a while back? also, if its so unnatural and immoral what about donkey-mule-horse-etc, what about ligers? why do we sometimes force animals into inter-specie sex in order to benefit ourselves? what makes that so different? i do on the other hand believe some form of consent would be required, since clearly animals cannot consent to this verbally if the animal was the one trying to fuck you it could be taken as consent, in which case go right ahead (providing it wont damage the animal) or if the animal can display its consent in other ways (some animals can, some can not) go right ahead of course this does present a nightmare for the law, so im not entirely sure what would be the practical way of going about this; ask and ill try to expand, its a very new idea for me taken from a mix of ideas earfetish and poxpower had, and mixed with my own values as well, so im not sure i could expand properly i was asked to expand, so: we humans force dogs to breed that wouldnt breed naturally, to result in infertile couples that will better suit our needs. for instance, poodles and golden retrievers (or is it labs, i forget) are often bred together, so that the outcome is a dog that doesnt shed a lot (like poodles) but is friendly (like golden retrievers/ labs) however occasionally the reverse can happen - a dog that sheds excessively and is antisocial - in which case what is done with the animal? we also force horses and donkeys (or is it mules or whatever) to have sex, so that we can get an animal to be more productive. not only is the animal infertile but we are playing god, as well as forcing interspecie sex - since it is forced, it is rape. when it naturally occurs in the wild it is not rape. and many animals do have sex for recreational purpouses, and can love one another - for instance, dolphins - dolphins are very intelligent, and can display when theyre aroused, when theyre happy, and like humans, even cuddle (more or less) after sex if a human wants to have a long term relationship with an animal that can clearly display its consent than that is their choice. if it is rape however the rapist should be punished equally to that of a human rapist

affirmative action - we get it someone was discriminated, doesnt mean to compensate we do the reverse, its pretty self explanatory that two wrongs dont make a right, so im not going to bother expanding though i will say if we can help someone who was discriminated against we should, but we should not do more than appropriate for the particular situation

presidential election - im for obama though i disagree with some things, i will not elaborate, because i dont know much about the election and i dont really need to educate myself, i just know that from what i know i support obama, if i had the ability to vote i WOULD educate myself further so i could make an informed decision better, but as things stand now since i cant vote from what i know this is sufficient

communism - in an ideal world it would be abso-fucking-lutely perfect (so would anarchy), unfortunately weve already established this world isnt perfect, or anywhere close; however, communism does not require as much of an ideal world as anarchy, communism just requires a good person to be in charge, good is highly subjective but by good i mean more or less someone who follows communism and doesnt go all absolute monarchy on everyone; people seem to forget communism has not once been practiced the way it was defined, true it means certain forms of communism can be bad, but isnt it true that certain forms of capitalism can be bad as well? do we condemn all capitalism for this? no, so why communism?

necrophilia - more or less i believe what the vast majority does on this; it is morally wrong out of respect for the dead, but since the dead ARE dead it should not be a crime, merely frowned upon (though the actual act of digging up graves should be illegal + obviously killing with the intent to have sex afterwords should be illegal as well) however like organ donation i believe the person in question should have the right to consent so that if so in so wants to fuck them prior to burial/ cremation/ etc they can (of course they could choose to be promiscuous in death + say anyone can fuck them, say only their spouse can, say only some random actor, say no one and so on) since it would be consented to in that case and since most likely the person in question would want to be buried or cremated eventually there would be a limited window of opportunity for the people to either choose to fuck them or not; i literally just came up with this position on the spot, at first i was like 'meh its wrong' but than i realized 'what if prior consent was given'

organ donation - this leads me into the next one which i thought of while writing it; the people who want to donate organs/ their entire body to either science or medicine dont get the final say. okay i understand if you die before you can make the choice it should be up to the closest relatives (closest emotionally as well, that way we dont get an issue where the family picks to spite the deceased) but if youve said all your life you want to donate your organs to help out others + youve signed those things stating it, fine youre donating your organs. once youre dead if theyre usable than theyll be donated - the closest living relatives have no right to override that whatsoever, but unfortunately as things stand they can

political correctness - like affirmative action its just fucking stupid, you should try to avoid insulting people (unless they really deserve it) but even than fucks sake whats the use of sugar coating every single thing you say unless the person youre talking to is on the verge of suicide or something similar to that where one false step could be disastrous, besides, yes there are certain words that are very insulting to some people, BUT THE FACT REMAINS MOST OF THEM HAVE DIFFERENT MEANINGS, THOSE MEANINGS BEING ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THAN THEIR COUNTERPART CONNOTATIONS people need to go back to english class and learn context clues, they need to figure out the way the word was used, if it was deliberately used insultingly they should take offence, if they happened to use the word by its proper definition (ie fag = cigarette) than theres no reason to get pissy over it; also that whole african-americans thing i would find offensive if i was black - why? do we call white people english-american? and yes i know not all white people are english, but wait, since when are all black people african american? and besides, have they not become americanized? do we truly need to differentiate them and them alone?

n word - unfortunately, like many curses, theyre specifically designed to be offensive to a group of people (fag = offensive to homosexual, bitch = offensive to women, n word = offensive to black people, etc) of course on the flip side they can all be used in non insulting ways (many homosexuals use the word fag similarly to the way many black people use the n word, and as for bitch its lost a lot of its sting over time, and isnt purely insulting to women only [though talk to a feminist and you might get an argument on that]) and seeing as theres such a thing called free speech i wouldnt force someone not to say it (though private sites like ng have the right to block it since free speech is not enforced in privately owned things) though if it bothers me ive also the right to ask someone to stop or not talk to them if it severely bothers me

right to bear arms - i believe people who are previously convicted of something/ have mental issues (including depression and other temporary issues) forfeit their rights to bear arms, however if those with mental issues prove they have fixed them they may than be given the right, i do not believe machine guns and other weapons that for lack of a better term would be 'overkill' should be open to the public, at the same time i do believe anyone else can get any gun (within reason) provided they have proper training on how to maintain and handle that gun (theyll be more likely to be more responsible) i basically believe they should have guns because if youre a murderer (and you will get a weapon one way or another if youre a murderer, fucks sake youre already gonna kill someone(s) so why not get the gun illegally too?) most likely youll go after someone who is unarmed rather than the person who has the gun, and if you dont know whos unarmed and you go after someone who is armed than hopefully youll get what you deserve and fewer people will die

death penalty:
i believe for murder and things like that (ie mass murder) people should die. but in cases (mental dissabilities/ self defence/ defence of others/ clear cases that would be unusal exceptions) they should get the chance to be spared the death penalty, and depending on the scenario be given counseling/ put on medication/ put in psychiatric hospitals/ etc
however, it should be as painless and humane as possible without going overboard (ie dont use painful death as a solution but also dont go out of your way to make it ridiculously painless, as painless as practical is fine) but on the number of appeals allowed... im undecided, unlimmited seems too much, but it helps save people... and then again plenty of innocent people have been killed, plenty of people that should be killed (or close) get parole, so perhaps better to have life in prison with a somewhat limited number of appeals and no chance of parole in many things?
i really dont know... any good case on this made by someone could easily swing my views one way or another at this point

i was browsing through askjolenes story section, looking for something to read earlier (yes to m b8 to) and i found something that while it had orgasm control, it also had a lot of things that didnt really apply to my interests all that much
